Reject -- Check This message will appear if the wrong cottons
Sample
have been used during calibration.
Check that the appropriate calibration
cottons have been used, and rerun the
sample. If the error continues to occur,
exit and restart the calibration procedure
from the beginning. If the error occurs
again, discard the calibration sample
and get a new sample from the reserve.
Reject – Sample
This message will appear if the cottons used
Tolerance do not meet the tolerances entered
during calibration. Check that the
appropriate calibration cottons have
been used, and rerun the sample. If the
error continues to occur, exit and restart
the calibration procedure from the begin-
ning. If the error occurs again, discard
the calibration sample and get a new
sample from the reserve.
Small Sample
This message will appear when the
sample beard is too small to meet the
limits that were set during the initial
instrument setup. Prepare another
sample, and repeat the test. If this
message occurs repeatedly after several
attempts, the sample fibers may be too
short to be adequately clamped.
Str Count
Too many strength interrupts were
generated by the motor controller.
Str Error
Strength calculation resulted in a value
less than zero or greater than 99.
Tare Force
The tare value for the strength
measurement is invalid. Restart System
Testing.
