A name for the proxy. This field is limited to 30
characters. If the name you specify is longer than
30 characters, the name is truncated to 30
characters.

A description of the proxy, for your reference.
The proxy action should be used with the following
services
The default services for the HTTP proxy are TCP
Ports 80, 8000, and 8080. This section is
informational only. The proxy will filter all content
of the specified type, regardless of the port used.
