registers the group in the bridge database.
Static multicast addresses can only be defined on static VLANs.

The bridge multicast forbidden address Interface Configuration
(VLAN) mode command forbids adding a specific multicast address to
specific ports. Use the no form of this command to restore the default
configuration.
