DISTRIBUTION LISTS
Description
Distribution lists enable users to send and copy messages to all the members on the list simply by dia-
ling the list name or number.
The system allows for a maximum of 51 lists to be compiled:
- 1 general broadcast list (number 000); this list is used to send a message to every voice mailbox
in the system
- 50 distribution lists (001 to 050)
- distribution lists can only be configured by the installation Administrator.

The content of distribution lists cannot be deleted or modified by the users.

- By MMC-PM5 (Expert View): Voice Processing -> Mailboxes -> Distribution Lists
- By MMC-station: VMU -> List
- By MMC-PM5 (Expert View): Voice Processing -> Mailboxes -> Distribution Lists
- By MMC-station: VMU -> List -> Record
- By MMC-PM5 (Expert View): Voice Processing -> Mailboxes -> Distribution Lists -> Name
- By MMC-station: VMU -> List -> Edit -> Name
