VAT
This feature allows you to enter the VAT rate to calculate the cost of communications.
The total VAT as well as the VAT rate are printed on the "Guest Global Bill Ticket", the "Phone Booth
Bill" and the "Guest Information Ticket".
Notas :
The Hotel application also allows you to program the VAT.
- To program the VAT rate:
Default value: depends on the country
Visit: cost of the guest communication without VAT
First, the "Visit" feature enables the system to calculate the cost of communications (without VAT) made
from the "Guest" or "Booth" sets in the installation.
Three basic metering and two cost thresholds can be programmed.
- To enter the first, second and third basic metering values:

With the "Visit" feature you can now assign a surcharge to communications set up by the operator and
transferred to "Guest" and "Phonebooth" sets.
- To enter the surcharge:
Finally, the "Visit" feature allows you to cut off the active (metered) communication and prohibit other
communications when a guest's overall communication cost reaches the prepayment total.
- To cut off the active communication:
-by MMC-Station: Meter -> Param1 -> VAT
- by MMC-PM5 (Expert View): Administration -> Hotel -> Metering -> Value Added Tax
-by MMC-Station: Meter -> Visit -> Cost -> assign a value (integers then decimals) to Cost1 ,
Cost2 and Cost3
- by MMC-PM5 (Expert View): System Miscellaneous -> Hotel -> Metering -> assign a value
(integers then decimals) to Charge Rate 1 , Charge Rate 2 and Charge Rate 3
-by MMC-Station: Meter -> Visit -> UnitTh -> assign a value (in minutes) to Unit1T and Unit2T
