This menu gives access to several screens that are used to make more precise settings to the the active
profile.
Depending on the type of connection of the active profile, advanced configuration can provide access
to different settings.

ISDN link. This setting is used only for on-demand connections, and the default value is two minu-
tes.
•"Secondary telephone number”: IAP's second access telephone number. This parameter is
optional. It is automatically dialled if the first telephone number is not available.
•"Callback number”: this field is present only if the callback option was chosen earlier. It cor-
responds to the number authorised to call Alcatel OmniPCX Office, and is generally the IAP's
access number.
•"Secondary callback number”: corresponds to the second number authorised to call Alcatel
OmniPCX Office. It is optional.
•"Secondary DNS address”: this entry corresponds to the IP address of the IAP's secondary
DNS server. It is optional.
-"QoS (Quality of Service)”: click on “Yes” to activate this function, then enter the bandwidth.
•"Compression (VJ)”: it corresponds to the compression of the IP headers. Check “Yes” if the
IAP supports this functionality, “No” if not.
Click on “Apply” to accept the settings entered. It is recommended that the newly created connection
