1.6 Relocation
1.6.6 Relocating the Instrument
a Move the instrument to its new location.
• Carry the main body and sampler separately.
• The main body and sampler must be boxed for shipping to other locations.
b Install the instrument in its new location.
• See “1.4. Installation” on page 1-16.
Make sure that the front, maintenance and side covers are closed before relocating the
instrument. Moving the instrument with any of the covers open may result in exposure to
pathogenic microbes and/or damage the instrument.
IMPORTANT:
For safety reasons, always move the instrument with the help of at least one other person. Hold the bottom of
the instrument with both hands and be careful not to impact or shake the instrument. Rough handling may
damage the instrument.
