1.5.3 Setting Up the Instrument
Check the following before starting measurement:
a Printer paper: See “4.2.3. Replacing the Printer Paper” on page 4-10.
b Date and time: See “3.7.1. Setting the Date, Time and Language” on page 3-25.
c HbA1c calibration: See “2.8.1. Performing Automatic Calibration” on page 2-38.
The instrument is now ready for sample measurement.
NOTE:
Perform HbA1c calibration for both of the Variant and Fast modes before the instrument is used for the first
time after installation.
