Defines an index number for the new table record.

[RouteModeTel2IP]
Determines whether to route received calls to an IP destination
before or after manipulation of the destination number.
[0] Route calls before manipulation = Calls are routed before
the number manipulation rules are applied (default).
[1] Route calls after manipulation = Calls are routed after the
number manipulation rules are applied.
Notes:
This parameter is not applicable if outbound proxy routing is
used.

Route Name
CLI: route-name
[PREFIX_RouteName]
Defines an arbitrary name to easily identify the routing rule.
The valid value is a string of up to 20 characters. By default, no
value is defined.
