8. Place assembly, hub up, in a vice. Knock out the
locking plate, 1 (as shown above), with a punch
and hammer.

9. Flip the assembly over and tighten vice. Place a
punch through the tapered pin hole, 1, and push
against the vice.

10. Loosen the three Allen bolts, 1.
IMPORTANT: Do not remove bolts.
