2. Route the left side portion of the harness through
the hose clamp on the flotation spring mount.
3. The remaining portion of the wire harness to the
right side lights must be routed through the
frame. Push a piece of stiff wire into the frame
from the right side opening, 1, and pull it out the
left side opening, 2. Attach the harness to the
wire and pull it through the frame. Route the
harness through the existing hose clamp on the
flotation spring mount.
4. Tighten the clamps on the front and rear of the
tongue after taking up all slack and ensuring that
a sufficient length of harness is available to
connect to the tractor.

Installing the Lights
1. Install the grommets into the hole, 1, on top of
each flotation spring mount. Route the portion of
the harness containing two connectors through
the grommet. Install a fiber washer over the stem
of the amber light, 2, and position it in the mount.
Install a flat washer, the white wire ring
connector, a lock washer and nut onto the stem,
and tighten securely. Plug the blue wire on the
amber light into the yellow harness wire on the
left side of the unit, or the green wire on the right
side of the unit.
2. Install the protective brackets, 3, over the amber
lights and secure to the mount using four 3/8″ x
1″ carriage bolts and flange nuts as shown.

3. Install a fiber washer over the stem of the red
light, 1, and position it in the mount on the
trailframe above the windrow shield pivots, with
the red portion of the lamp facing rearwards.
Install a flat washer, the white wire ring
connector, a lock washer and nut onto the stem,
and tighten securely. Plug the red wire from the
light into the red wire on the harness, and the
black wire from the light into the brown wire on
the harness. Repeat on the opposite side.
