1. Before starting the Compressor, with the power on and using the SMT, verify Stator temperature
reading is an acceptable value. Refer to Table 20 (Stator Thermistor R/T Curve).
2. While the Compressor is running, verify the Stator temperature fluctuates to expected values
during operation.

3.7.2.2.1 Bearing
Verication
1. Disconnect the PWM connector from the bearing power feed through.
2. Verify bearing coil resistance at the feed through pins according to Table 30 (Rear Bearing Coil
Resistance). Refer to Figure 169 (Rear Bearing Power Feed Through Pin Identification).
3. Verify that the resistance of each pin to ground is open.
