8. Leak test the Compressor to the appropriate pressure and industry standards.
9. Evacuate the Compressor to the appropriate pressure and industry accepted standards.
10. Charge the Compressor with refrigerant.
11. Restore power to the Compressor

preventing refrigerant pressure from escaping.
