Changing the sewing motor
Service Instructions 755 A/756 A - 00.0 - 02/2019 99
To change the sewing motor:
1. Swivel up the machine head ( p. 16).
2. Disconnect the sewing motor cable (1).
3. Loosen the screws (4).
4. Remove the toothed belt (3).
5. Remove the sewing motor holder (5).

6. Loosen the screws (6).
7. Remove the sewing motor (2).
8. Tighten the new sewing motor using the screws (6).
 The sewing motor cable (1) must face down.
9. Assemble the sewing motor holder (5) with the new sewing motor again.
Do not yet tighten the screws (4) all the way.
10. Switch on the machine.
11. Open the menu Service > Machine test > Test sewing
motor > Adjust sewing motor and press the button .
12. Set the value to 0.
13. Press the button.
 The setting is saved.
14. Switch off the machine.
15. Set the handwheel to 40°.
