Setting the reference switch

Testing the initial position of the corner knives manually (3)

To set the reference switch:

8. Swivel out the corner knife station.

 The distance between the reference switch (6) and the screw (7)

must be 0.5 mm.

9. Loosen the nut (5) at the reference switch (6).

10. Swivel down the reference switch (6) until the switching head lines up

precisely with the nut (5).

11. Tighten the nut (5).

12. Loosen the nut (8).

13. Loosen the screw (7) until the distance between screw (7) and

reference switch (6) is 0.5 mm.

14. Tighten the nut (8).
