Remote Communication via Modem
For remote communication with the 3GS system (for example, using Europlex’s ED2000 3GS+, Panelman, or when
using a remote printer), you must connect a modem to the system.
Serial port 1 on the controller defaults to ESCO setup, which is:
Baud Rate: 2400
Parity: EVEN
Data Bits: 8
Stop Bits: 1
