Chapter 6: Maintenance and Troubleshooting
In the probe compensation log, look at the X, Y, Z values. Each value should
repeat to within:
X: 100 µm (0.0039 in)
Y: 50 µm (0.0019 in)
Z: 50 µm (0.0019 in)
If additional support is required, please contact customer support. When
contacting FARO’s Customer Service, please provide the following information:
1 The serial number of the device(s).
2 A copy of the probe compensation log.
3 A copy of the event log.
4 A copy of the Single Point Articulating Test (SPAT).
5 Pictures of the setup.
