Click the [Sharing] tab > [Advanced Sharing].

Select the [Share this folder] check box.

Enter the shared name in [Share name].
• The shared name is required in the next setting procedure.

Click [Permissions].

Click [Add].
8.
Select the user login name by performing either of the following:
• Click [Advanced], and then search the user login name.
• Enter the user login name in [Enter the object names to select], and then click [Check Names].
9.
Click [OK].
