Default Settings
Use Default Settings menu to modify the defaults for the Copy, Scan Menu, Fax, or USB Direct Print.
Copy Defaults
Purpose:
To modify the defaults for the Copy menu.
NOTE:
• Values marked by an asterisk (*) are the factory default menu settings.
• Output Color
Purpose:
To select color or black and white copying.
Values:
• Select Tray
Purpose:
To specify the input tray.
Values:
NOTE:
• Tray2 is available only when the optional 550 sheet feeder is installed.
• Collation
Purpose:
To sort the copy job.
Values:
Full Color
*
Copies in color mode.
Black & White Copies in black and white mode.
Bypass Tray The paper is fed from the bypass tray.
Tray1* The paper is fed from the standard 550 sheet tray.
Tray2 The paper is fed from the optional 550 sheet feeder.
Auto* Automatically determines which output mode for the copy job.
Collated Sorts the copy job.
Uncollated Does not sort the copy job.
