Return Parameter: <NR3>output meter

Returns the MEASURE METER readings of selected STEP.
Parameter<n>: <NR1>(1 ~ 99)
Return Parameter: <NR3>measure meter
Example: SAFE:RES:STEP2:MMET?

The MEASURE METER result of the second STEP is 0.05mA.

Delete all setting value in selected Step.
