Hi-Therma Integra system - Indoor unit (AHS-044/060/080HCDSAA-23)
When reassembling in a reverse way than disassembling, the thermostat sensor head shall be inserted into the bottom of the blind pipe,
otherwise it may cause abnormal temperature control. The capillary tube needs to be xed on the earthing bolts of the electric heater
with cord clamps to avoid loosening;
The 6 wirings of the thermostat shall be restored to the state before disassembly.
Do not press or fold the copper pipe when disassembling and installing the thermostat, and abnormal operation will lead to thermostat
failure.

Removing the Thermostat
1) Remove the upper front panel as explained in “2.3.1 Removing the upper front panel”.
2) Remove the lower front panel as explained in “2.3.2 Removing the lower front panel”.


5) To reassemble a new thermostat, proceed in a reverse way than disassembling.
