At the connection of water pipe nut and plate heat exchanger, and at the connection of water pipe nut and water pipe nozzle, a rubber
gasket needs to be installed to prevent water leakage.
When removing the plate heat exchanger, be careful not to damage the gasket. If damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one;
Proceed in a reverse way to reassemble a new plate heat exchanger, and check whether there is water leakage after reassembly.
6) To reassemble a new plate heat exchanger, proceed in a reverse way than disassembling..
4) To reassemble a new reversing valve, proceed in a reverse way than disassembling.

If only the actuator is damaged, replace the actuator after completing “Step1”;

If the valve body is damaged, proceed in a reverse way than disassembling to replace a new reversing valve.
Using wrenches and so on, the spool of the valve body can be turned. When installing, ensure that the valve body spool
matches with the rectangular notch of the actuator.

Removing the 3-Way Reversing Valve
ay valve consists of two parts: the valve body and the actuator. The valve body is brass, the actuator is the electrical
part, and a threaded connection is adopted between the two parts. Turn the nut counterclockwise to complete the disassembly
