If the firmware did not load successfully, LED patterns on the front panel can

help you isolate the problem.

n If the following LED pattern is present, the firmware disk is not for use with

your instrument model. Check that the

firmware

disk used was for the

HP 8753E.

n If any of the following LED patterns are present,

defective.
