Selects the source mode, arbitrary
waveform, fixed, sweep, or list sweep of
the specified source channel.

command and the span value set by the
[:SOUR[c]]:<CURR|VOLT>:SPAN
command.
points = span/step + 1 (where step is not

points=1 sets step=0.
