Returns the compliance status of the
specified channel
Response is 1 or 0 that indicates the
channel is in the compliance state or not.
:SENS[c]:DATA? [offset[,size]]
Returns the array data which contains all
data for the element specified by the
:FORM:ELEM:SENS command.

size=1 to maximum
