7.4.5 Measuring the bearing / distance（EBL2, VRM2） 
By using the bearing cursor (EBL2), the target bearing can be determined.
By using the distance marker (VRM2), the distance to the target can be determined.

(1) EBL2

(a) Display the soft key menu (RADAR/PAGE1 (2)/R FUNC/MARK) and press the ”EBL2” key.
The EBL2 adjustment box is displayed.
(b) Using the rotary control, position the screen EBL2 cursor on the target and then read-off the
bearing.

To cancel EBL2 press the “EBL2” key while the adjustment box is displayed.


(2) VRM 2
(a) Display the soft key menu (RADAR/PAGE1 (2)/R FUNC/MARK) and press the ”VRM2” key.
The VRM2 adjustment box is displayed.
(b) Using the rotary control, move the VRM2 marker to the edge of a target image to be measured
and read-off the distance.
To cancel VRM2 press the “VRM2” key while the adjustment box is displayed.


