13.11 Adjusting the hydraulic system

The comfort hydraulic system of the machine must be adjusted on the tractor. It is designed for
continuous circulation. The adjustment is made by adjusting the hydraulic system screw on the
control valve block of the machine. The control valve block is located at the front left under the
side hood next to the electronics box.
Note
The adjustment depends on the hydraulic system of the tractor and must be made while there
is no pressure in the machine!

Version I:
Screw the system screw (1) as far as it will go for:
• Tractor with an open (constant-current) hydraulic system (for additional information,
please refer to the tractor manufacturer's operating instructions)
• Tractors with LS pump and sensing line that is connected
• The message line (3) (red 3) must not be connected between the message
connection (LS) on the control block and the message connection of the tractor.
Note
This adjustment is set when the unit leaves the factory.

Version II:
Unscrew the system screw (1) as far as it will go for:
• Tractor with a closed (constant-pressure or load-sensing) hydraulic system (for additional
information, please refer to the tractor manufacturer’s operating instructions)
• Tractors with LS pump and activated load-sensing system
• The message line (3) (red 3) must be connected between the message connection (LS)
on the control block and the message connection of the tractor
