DANGER! - Road travel, carrying passengers, driving conduct!
Effect: Danger to life, injuries or damage to the machine.
• The machine must be fully and correctly hitched
• The auxiliary steering must be in central position
• The machine must be in transport position
• The tine guards must be attached on the tines
• The operation terminal must be switched off or it must be switched in the basic screen
“Road Travel”
• Always close the shut-off valve for the auxiliary steering in transport position
• Do not exceed the maximum permissible speed
• It is forbidden to carry passengers on the machine
• When driving on public roads, the provisions of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations
must be observed (lighting, identification)
• Before starting the machine, ensure that you have perfect visibility on and around the
tractor and the machine

• Retract rotor arms completely (move forward with a low speed during retracting the
working width cylinder in order that the front supporting wheels are positioned correctly)
• Raise rotors to transport position (rotor arms are completely retracted)
• Move the hydraulic control unit to neutral position
• Switch off the operation terminal (Gamma) When using an ISOBUS terminal (for example
CCI 100), the display must show the basic screen “Road Travel”
• Move auxiliary steering to centre position (refer to chapter Operation “Auxiliary Steering in
Centre Position”)
• Close the shut-off valve (1) for the auxiliary steering
• Connect the tine guard onto the tines which are in transport position under 2 m (see
chapter Operation “Protection of Tine Tips”)
• Check the lighting system
• Connect compressed air brake
• Release parking brake
