DANGER! – Road travel/lateral offset of the machine in relation to the tractor
Effect: Danger to life, injuries or damage to the machine.
• When you are driving on public roads, the auxiliary steering must be in the centre
position and the shut-off valve must be closed

The auxiliary steering influences the turning circle of the swather. The auxiliary steering can be
used when manoeuvring the machine in the field or away from public roads.
Operating the control valve on the tractor turns the transport wheels further in one direction.

Move the cylinder by activating the control valve on the tractor until the display (1) is located
centered to the label (2 / Pos.II) (the transport wheels are located in centre position now).

Note – Travelling on an incline
If the machine starts to drift on an incline, the auxiliary steering can be activated to counteract
the drifting.
