2.36 EMERGENCY CALL
Description
Regardless of a station’s dialing restrictions (COS), the user may dial assigned Emergency numbers.
Operation

The system will automatically override any toll restrictions and process an assigned Emergency
number call.

2.37 EXECUTIVE/SECRETARY FORWARD
Description
iPECS Phones can be assigned as Executive/Secretary pairs. By activating DND, the Executive
also activates Unconditional Call Forward to the Secretary, which will forward Executive calls to the
Secretary. With the “CO Call to Secretary” option enabled, all CO calls to the Executive forward to
the Secretary regardless of the Executive’s station status. In addition, if the Secretary is in DND,
Executive calls sent to the Secretary route back to the Executive if the “Call Exec If Sec in DND”
option is enabled.
