24 Recording
24.1 Recorder
The thermal recorder records patient information, measurement data, and up to three waveforms.
The monitor is configured with a built-in recorder.
24.2 Starting Recordings
Recordings can be started manually or automatically.
24.2.1 Manually Starting Recordings
To manually start a recording, you can either:
â– Press the hardkey on the front of the recorder.
â– Select on the current page.
24.2.2 Automatic Recordings
In the following conditions, you can set the recorder to automatically start recording:
■At a preset interval. For more information, see 24.5Setting the Recorder.
■When a parameter alarm is triggered. For more information, see 24.6Enabling Auto Recording on Alarm.
(1) Start/Stop key: press to start a recording or stop the current recording.
(2) Module status indicator
â—† On: when the recorder works correctly.
â—† Off: when the monitor is switched off.
â—† Flashes: if an error occurred to the recorder.
(3) Paper outlet
(4) Recorder door
(5) Latch: pull it backward to open the recorder door.
