Maintenance and Adjustments
Warning! Before performing any squeegee maintenance or adjustments, make sure the key
switch is off, the key is removed from the machine and the parking brake is engaged.
To Remove and Reinstall the Squeegee Blades
1. Raise the squeegee to its retracted position.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the
Rear Squeegee Assembly.
3. Loosen the two Knobs on the Squeegee
Clips
and pull the Rear Squeegee
Assembly
away from the Squeegee
Support Assembly
.
Note: The Squeegee Blades have four usable edges and can be rotated end-for-end or top-to-bottom
to position a new blade surface on the oor.
To Remove and Reinstall the Front Squeegee Blade
1. Release the Push/Pull Clamp and
remove the Weldment Strap.
2. Remove the Front Squeegee Blade from
the Squeegee Weldment.
3. Rotate the existing Front Squeegee
Blade
top-to-bottom or end-for-end to
position a new blade surface on the
oor, or install a new Front Squeegee
Blade
onto the Squeegee Weldment
pins.
4. Reinstall the Weldment Strap, then
secure the Push/Pull Clamp.
