Exit FmNT, shut down
Windows NT and press the
black OFF (0) button on the
Operator’s Console
Switch the Main Circuit Breaker
to the OFF (0) position.
Disconnect Servo Motor Power
Cable from the Servo Amplifier
PWA (P/N 62-1650-01) at J1
connector labeled MOTOR.
Check the continuity at all three
lines in the connector.
Is there continuity
between all three
lines?
Measure the resistance between
each identical line.
Is the reading 1.2 to 7
ohm?
Go to PMAC Initialization
Fault Isolation Procedure
Servo Motor (P/N 62-1650-01
for the X and Y Motors, and
P/N 62-1664-00 for the Z-axis
Motor) has failed.
Servo Motor (P/N 62-1650-01
for the X and Y Motors, and
P/N 62-1664-00 for the Z-axis
