Lockout
Description If one party in a conversation goes on-hook, they are both
disconnected from the speech path automatically. This feature
applies to extension and outside calls. A reorder tone is sent to the
off-hook party before it is disconnected.
Conditions In the case of a standard telephone, if nothing is dialed within a certain
period of time after the other party goes on-hook, a reorder tone is sent to
the standard telephone and then is disconnected from the speech path.
