Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)
Description Allows incoming calls to be distributed uniformly to a specific
group of extensions called an UCD group. Calls to an UCD group
hunt for an idle station in a circular way. This UCD feature is
particularly helpful when a certain extension receives a high
volume of calls compared with other extensions.
An outline sketch of an UCD is shown below.
(1) When a number of calls have arrived
at an UCD group, the 1st call is sent to
extension A first.

(When extension B is busy

(2) When the 1st call arrives at extension A,
the 2nd call is sent to extension B.
(3) When the 2nd call arrives at extension C,
the 3rd call will be sent to extension A.
