Shift jogger retraction motor error (D610)
The side fences do not retract within the prescribed time after the
retraction motor switches on. The 1st detection failure issues a jam
error, and the 2nd failure issues this SC code.

Occurs during the operation of the lower tray pressure motor.

The staple waste hopper is full of cut staples.
 If the hopper is full, empty the hopper

state (high/low) within 600 ms and does not change after 2 retries.
