Dual Array (Tandem) Wheeled Puck
Tandem wheeled pucks consist of two independent 2-wheel bogies (pucks) that are connected
to a mounting plate by pivots. Each bogie has its own magnet array as shown in Figure 3-35.
These tandem wheeled pucks are typically used in MagneMover LITE transport systems
where the material being moved weighs up to 10 kg. See Figure 4-38, Tandem Wheeled Puck
Mechanical Drawing, on page 186 for details.

For proper operation, the payload on the puck must fit within the payload envelope that is
shown in Figure 3-36. If the payload is within the weight specification but outside the enve-
lope specification that is shown, refer to Puck Limits on page 124 or contact your Motion
Solution Consultant or TechConnect

For proper operation, the payload on the puck and the velocity of the puck must fit within the
curve that is shown in Figure 3-37.
