The pressure connection tubes are of essential importance for safe operation
of the engine. See Chapter 9.2) and 12.3.2).
Check all tubes for damage (mechanical, thermical, etc.) and leakage.
â–  ATTENTION: All tubes are secured with clamps. Check them for security.
If the tubes have been detached or renewed, connect them correctly:
➪ hose nipple W to T-piece E
➪ T-piece E to fuel pressure regulator R
➪ T-piece E to condensation water trap T
➪ condensation water trap T to airbox pressure sensor
➪ hose nipple Y to 3-way solenoid valve U (towards 2-pole electric
connector I)
➪ hose nipple O to 3-way solenoid valve U (towards opposite side of
electrical connector I)
➪ 3-way solenoid valve U (top connection) to T-piece P
➪ T-piece P to float chamber venting of carburetor 1/3
➪ T-piece P to float chamber venting of carburetor 2/4
Secure all tubes with clamps 8 {.
An exception are the 3 tubes on 3-way solenoid valve which, due to the
dimensions of the valve, have to be secured with clamps 6,8 }.
The tubes for float chamber venting are to be fitted with cable strap q to the
fuel tubes. Do not constrict!
â–  ATTENTION: For all pressure connection tube, utilize the total slip-on
length for tube connection, and secure tubes with suitable
clamps.
Route the tubes so that scouring or kinks are avoided.
