13.2.1.2) Oil pump disassembly

◆ NOTE: The oil filter nipple e, nipple M18x1,5/M14x1,5 Q, oil
temperature sensor r and oil pressure sensor t are only
removed if required, e.g. at damage or for cleaning.
Remove plug screw y, adjustment shim u, pressure spring i and ball 8,5
mm o of oil pressure release valve.
◆ NOTE: The adjustment shim is only fitted if required to reach the
specified oil pressure.
Remove oil pump cover p, locating pins [, revolving piston with rotor ] and
O-ring 46x3 A. Withdraw one of the two pegs S (drive pin).
Remove oil pump housing D of suction pump, revolving piston with rotor F
and O-ring 57x3 G of main oil pump.
Remove last peg S (drive pin) and oil pump shaft H with driving pin J
pressed-in.
