Processing-on-the-fly Applica-
tions
Tracking errors of a scan system’s galvanometer
scanners can result in a certain amount of positioning
inaccuracy, particularly for Processing-on-the-fly
applications with variable encoder speeds. Accord-
ingly, you can activate tracking error compensation
via set_fly_tracking_error for applications requiring
maximum precision.
