Comments See select_cor_table (page 400).
Even though select_cor_table_list is a short list command, execution of the directly
following list command will be delayed by a few clock cycles due to the intermediate
jump to the corrected galvanometer position. The extent of this delay depends on the
assigned correction table’s content for the current galvanometer position (e.g. (0|0)
after load_program_file); but it is at least 10 µs, even if the correction table doesn’t
specify a correction.
