3.1.9.1.2 0x1001 Error register
This object shall provide error information. The CANopen device maps internal errors into this object. It is a
part of an emergency object.
Structure of the error register
Bit M/O Meaning
0 M Generic error
1 O Current
2 O Voltage
3 O Temperature
4 O Communication error (overrun, error state)
5 O Device profile specific
6 O reserved (always 0 )
7 O manufacturer-specific
If a specific error occurs the corresponding bit shall be set to 1 . The generic error bit shall be supported. The
other bits may be supported. The generic error shall be signaled at any error situation.
