ontottings.Installttingsintooilcooler.Tightenttings(seeInstallingthe
HydraulicFittings(SAEStraightThreadO-RingFittings)(page5–9)).
2.Positionoilcoolertocoolerframeandlooselyinstallfour(4)capscrews,
washersandangenuts.
3.Securecoolingfanassemblytooilcoolerwithfour(4)capscrewsandat
washers.
4.Connectbothelectriccoolingfanstothemachinewireharness.
5.Alignoilcoolerassemblywithhood:
A.Lowerhoodandalignoilcoolerassemblywithhoodshroudfronttoback.
B.Openhoodandtightenoilcoolermountingfasteners.
6.Removecapsorplugsplacedduringremovaltopreventcontamination.Use
abackupwrenchonoilcoolerttingsandinstallhydraulichoses.
7.Fillreservoirwithnewhydraulicuidasrequired.
8.Checkhydraulicsystemforleaksbeforereturningthemachinetoservice.
9.Lowerandsecurehood.
