8.11 When a Document Jam Occurs
When a document jam occurs on the document table, the machine stops, and an error message appears on the
touch screen. Clear the document jam according to the message, and reload the document.
Steps

1.
Pull the document cover toward you until it stops, and lift it up to
remove it.
2.
Remove the jammed document.
3.
Return the document cover back to its original position.
