This register is used to key in a correct sLib password in
order to unlock sLib function.
The write status of this register is indicated by bit 0 and
bit 1 of the SLIB_MISC_STS register.

This bit is set by hardware when the password is incorrect
and the setting value of the password clear register is

Note: After this bit is set, the hardware will no longer
agree to re-program the password clear register until the
next reset.
