MntTool Maintenance tool: ErgoSpin/tightening spindle maintenance interval reached
This signal is available from version V2.600 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (MntTool)
This signal switches to "high" once a maintenance interval set in the channel configuration has been
reached, e.g. a particular maintenance date or a defined cycle counter state has been reached. The signal
is set to "low" if monitoring is deactivated or if the maintenance interval is reset.
MStop Motor-breaker
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel with Compact System (MStop)
The signal is switched from "high" to "low" if the motor stop is triggered.
LT35x, LTU350/1, LTE350D and LTS350D (CHx.y MStop)
The signal, in connection with the modular system (SE or KE) is always "high", i.e., it is not changed
by a motor stop.
As of version V2.600 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350: LTE350D and LTS350D (CHx.y
MStop)
The signal, in connection with the modular system (SE or KE) is switched from "high" to "low" if the
motor stop is triggered.
Observe the setting of switch S2 on LT350D:
Position 1: Motor stop of VM350 active. The motor stop can be triggered via interface XDN2 at
VM350 or interface XDN3 at LTE350D.
Position 0: Motor stop of VM350 inactive. The motor stop can be triggered via interface XDN3 at
LTE350D.
NF No Fault: Tightening cell/KE/SE without system error
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (NF)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y NF)
Communication unit in application operation (FC NF = tightening cell without error; KE NF = KE
without error)
NF = "high": no system error In the event of an error, this signal will be set to "low". A tightening process
or all tightening applications will be canceled or the controller or the application will not be started.
NOK Not OK: Result not OK
Output signal used for:
Tightening channel (NOK)
Communication unit in single-channel operation (CH x.y NOK)
Communication unit in application operation (FO x NOK)
This signal indicates that the tightening sequence or tightening application was evaluated with NOK. After
the results have been deleted via the ResRs signal, the NOK signal is set to "high", after the tightening
process or the tightening application has been started, it is set to "low".
NOKByps Not OK Bypass: Result not OK
This signal is available as of version V2.300 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Output signal used for:
Communication unit in application operation (FO x NOKByps)
This signal indicates that the tightening application was evaluated with NOK. After the results have been
deleted via the ResRs signal, the NOKByps signal is set to "high", after the tightening application has
been started, it is set to "low".
