6.9.2 Configuration of the OK/NOK counter for VW-XML
If the OK/NOK counter value is set via the "SIO" tag (IO set number) and the "MNO" tag (IO maximum
number), the following settings can be made in the BS350 in the OK/NOK counter configuration view
if they are required for the sequence.
Tightening system (internal)
Application is evaluated as NOK.
Single channels as follows:
VW-XML logging
Application is evaluated as NOK.
Tag "STA" of single channels as follows:

Element Description
Counter records Set via the "SIO" or "MNO" tag.
PLC signal selection No configuration required, the setting is permanently set to "Prog0
... Prog7" by XML.
Counting direction Can be configured.
Procedure if number of OK / NOK reached or for
abort
No configuration required, the setting is permanently set to
"Disable nutrunner " and "Release Loosen program no. 99" by the
VW-XML.
Conditional blocking of the Loosen program Can be configured.
Job extension No configuration required, the setting is not used by VW-XML.
Special functions Can be configured.
Configuration of the OK/NOK counter can be started from various sources (BS350, Open Protocol, VW-
XML, Job). This means that configurations made in the BS350 can, e.g., be overwritten by Open Protocol.
