7 Basic commissioning
This document explains how to commission the Rexroth Tightening System 350 with
the sequence test. This includes commissioning the CS351 compact system with
ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner or a tightening spindle, as well as commissioning the
modular system with a tightening spindle. Commissioning primarily consists of
system construction, setting up the programming interface (Ethernet or USB),
configuration of the tightening channel, and creating tightening programs with the
BS350 operating system. The connection of the tightening cell to a partner controller
(PLC) is not the subject of this chapter.
For information on the integrated logic, see in the "Project planning" documentation
of the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
