Group number for application blocks 2–8:
Socket tray <NUT>
In order to be able to utilize the full function of the socket tray with XML-VW, all PLC-signals for the socket
tray (BoxNut LED 0…BoxNut LED 7, see table 6–137) must be applied to the "XML" PLC-module.
6.9.6 Process data
In the Rexroth Tightening System 350, the transmission classes up to class 5 are implemented, with
incremental graph transmission and assignment of several Y-values to one X-value.
The VW-corporate requirement specifications requires values within the process data for some VW-
XML-parameters that have to be output as well and are manufacturer-specific. Table 6–139 shows an
overview of these parameters and their equivalence in the Rexroth Tightening System 350.
Example If you want to address application 2 via application block 1 in VW-XML, this corresponds to group
number GNR =2.
GNR Applicationblocknumber 100 Applicationnumber+=
Example If you want to address application 4 via application block 2 in VW-XML, this corresponds to group
number GNR = 204.
A of version V2.200 of the Rexroth Tightening System 350 all functions for the socket tray are only
available on the compact system.
