6.8.1.1 Diagnosis and troubleshooting
For diagnosis, the following two options are available:
• Detailed text protocol
This protocol can be accessed via BS350 under System test Diagnosis HTTP.
• Sequence trace
The sequence trace can be accessed via BS350 under System test ... FF3 or FF4.
• BS350 error list for system errors
• Via BS350, under System test EtherNet..., the counter values of the HTTP diagnostic counter
can be checked on the HTTP diagnostic counter index card.
6.8.2 Parameter of results output
The output file includes various parameters:
• General tightening result parameters (see page 437)
• Step data: In the results file, all tightening steps of the program are put out individually.
• Step result parameters (see page 440)
• Tightening function parameters (see page 440): All target and monitoring functions relating to the
step, including designation, target value and actual value are put out.
• Graph parameters (graph) (see page 441): In addition, the associated graph points are returned
under each step:
• Tightening application parameters (see page 442)
Graph data coded as base64 Activate the option for transmission of graph points coded in Base64. Otherwise,
the graph points are transmitted as text.
Graph data Activate the option for transmission of measuring points (angle, torque, gradient,
redundancy torque, redundancy angle, time). Otherwise, no measuring points are
transmitted.
Error transmission Activate the option for transmission including errors. Otherwise, no errors are
transmitted.
Settings The BS350 operating system provides the option of printing (Print…), storing
(Save as…) settings for HTTP or loading (Open…) saved settings.
Protocol – Activated
Enable the check box to activate data output via HTTP.
If results output is disabled, no more results files will be generated. Results files
which have already been generated and still exist will not be output before HTTP
output has been reactivated.
– Load default values
Click this button to reset the data changes to standard values.
–Convert
Click this button to start the conversion.
–OK
Click this button to save the data changes.
–Cancel
Click this button to close the dialog window without accepting the changes.
